Simon was great! Very efficient, reasonable, and very knowledgeable on what to do for our situation. I have used this company before at my own building for outside monitoring of pests and I could not recommend them more!

I had a minor meltdown thinking I had bed bugs. I had about four random “bites” over the course of a few days. I tore my bed apart and found no sign of bed bugs anywhere. I cleaned and used a Doktor Doom spray, but was still very nervous so I called Local Pest Control to get some info (the internet is not always your friend in these situations). I spoke to Chris and he was so calm and helpful. He asked thoughtful questions when I gave him my rundown of what had been happening and what I was doing to make it stop.

In the course of our phone call he sent me a link to their blog, “If It’s Not Bed Bugs What is It?” and it turns out I have carpet beetles!!! I had found one of them on me earlier that same morning. Sweet relief!!! I’m continuing the deep clean but feel so relieved to know it’s not bed bugs and that Chris fully talked me off the ledge. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to call them!

The thought of bed bugs is enough to make my skin crawl. I spoke at length with Chris about potential bed bugs at my mom’s house and he was so helpful! He asked some questions and then guided me to the website to do a mattress and bedframe inspection. I felt like he went out of his way to help me and I really appreciated his calming demeanor. He laid out several different options and because the chances of bed bugs was low, that if/when we found any bugs during our inspection, I could text him a photo and we could figure out a plan from there.

My family was discouraged to find out that we had a mice problem, shortly after moving into our brand new home. Our strata management got in contact with Local Group for an inspection. Josh, from the Local Group, was great! Friendly and very professional. I appreciate him taking the time to do a thorough examination both inside and outside our home. With several follow ups every couple of weeks, we have now been mouse free for over a month! Hopefully the buggers are gone for good! Thank you to Josh and the coordinators at Local Group 🙂

My experience with Local pest control has been incredible every time. My first call was handled with consideration, my first inspection was done by a very kind gentleman, and the actual job was completed in record time and with thoughtful consideration yet again. Robbie, Mark and Rollande were all so incredible! My job was a sensitive one as it was to clear a loved ones home of hoarding, they made me feel comfortable considering how uncomfortable the circumstance of the apartment were. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone and it is very difficult to find a team that will do the type of job we required of them.

This has been such a weight in my life and to have it removed makes me very very happy and grateful to the Local pest control.

We recently hired Local Pest Control as we found out we had a family of rats living under our deck. Right from the get go the service was timely and professional. Robbie was our technician and we were so impressed with him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and so friendly and pleasant. He walked us through the whole process and answered all our questions. We were a bit concerned because our deck is just off an Airbnb that we run out of our basement and of course we needed it all to be a bit discreet!

We had a great experience with Local Pest Control. They are very responsive, have a good system in place that will text you to inform once someone is on the way, as well as when they finish the service. Our guy, Robbie was excellent. He took the time to explain the process, understand our concerns, and was very friendly. It was a pleasure working with him.

I contacted Local Group pest control because we thought we may have had bedbugs, and they were great. I contacted a few other companies, but most took too long to get back to me and were more expensive. Anthony in customer service was quick to reply to my emails, and Robbie the technician was very through in his search of the house. It turned out we had carpet beetles, and a good vacuum is all we needed.

We have been using Local Pest Control for three years and have never had a complaint. They are reliable and knowledgeable. Recently Bobby came to deal with our infestation of vine weevils and he was professional, prompt and courteous. He answered my questions and generally I felt that we were in good hands. Robbie and Jamie came to my house to get rid of a wasp nest from a vent near the roof of my home. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. I would recommend their services to anyone. I am satisfied with the experience.
